Being a Godly man is the foundation to being part of the Baptist Men On Mission, because a Godly man will be a Godly husband, a Godly father, and a Godly mentor.

The Great Commission
Matthew 28:16-20 16 The 11 disciples traveled to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had directed them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped, but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came near and said to them, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. Community Emergency Response Team
We also have a local CERT team in cooperation with Walton County Emergency Management and the Matrix COC for responding locally to events and disasters in our own community. If interested in knowing more about CERT or working on our team, see Jefferson Sweet or Jeff Mason.

F.A.I.T.H. Riders of First Baptist Church Mossy Head Motorcycle ministry. Under the direction of the Baptist Men, this ministry ,which is open to all whether you ride or not, seeks to reach bikers and those who love them through witness, ministry, and love. We also reach out to our community as bikers with ministry opportunities.

 This is our lovely group that delivered goodies to the local fired departments on New Year's Eve and prayed with all of our First Responders this past year.
One of our annual events is the First Responders New Year's Eve Prayer Run.
This continues to be a great ministry to reach out to the first responders in our county. Looking forward to another great prayer run this year! |
